A WINSOCK VIRTUAL CIRCUIT WAS RESET REMOTELY

Problem:

A winsock virtual circuit was reset remotely.  (Access Violation)

Possible solution:

Within the network properties, there are two Local Area Connections.  

Disable the one that is not in use.
