QS6000 can not scan 6 digit barcodes or needs to be reset

Our software's Inventory Barcode defaults to 6 digits.

In order to scan 6 digit barcodes, interleave 2 of 5, with the QS6000 Plus, do the following:

Make sure scanner is connected properly to the computer.

Open the Scanner Manual located on the CD ROM accompanying the scanner. It is an Adobe Acrobat .pdf file.

Print page 49, 50, 51 and 66. (note: These are the Manual page numbers, Adobe Acrobat numbers will differ slightly).

You can download the manual pages (49, 50, 51 and 66) by clicking here.  Compulink recommends that you reset the scanner by downloading the reset manual and make sure all other settings are also correct.  You can download the reset manual at the bottom of this page.
