Your scanner is now up and running.

Troubleshooting:

bulletIf your scanner is not pairing and displays the message "communication failed", make sure the unit and the cradle are powered and try again. If they are powered and you are still unsuccessful, unplug all the cables from the cradle and try the barcode on the side of the scanner to pair the units.  A successful pair means the scanner will beep and will not display any error messages.  In order to test the scanner, open Windows Notepad and try to scan any frame barcode.  A successful scan will display the numbers on the screen and will drop to the next line for any scans after.
bulletRecycle the power on the unit before and after reprogramming.

NOTE: To enter multiple quantities in inventory , press the  [* + (quantity) + ENTER without the plus signs] on the keypad of the scanner prior to scanning the item. example: * 15 ENTER (scan)
