Error Message while launching Compulink shortcut (SW181)

Problem:

"unable to locate table_mailout.dbf"

Solution:

Make sure the shortcut points to the mapped drive. e.g. F:\eyecare\eyecare.exe NOT

\\compulink\eyecare\eyecare.exe.  Compulink software does not function properly when it is using the UNC, Universal Naming Convention to connect. (\\servername\sharename\*.exe)
