Using multiple Dymo printer(s) and printer drivers for printing labels

Create a new INI for the type of printer and label you are trying to use.  Example: LBLFRAME.INI could be copied and renamed to LBLFRAME400.INI to print to a Dymo 400 where the LBLFRAME.INI would be pointing to the Dymo 330.  In this new INI change the “PRNAME” to the printer you would like to print to.

See the below list for identifying the DEFAULT INI.

Address.ini                (Patient Address Label)
PATBC.ini                 (Patient Barcode Label)
PATLABEL.ini          (Patient Chart Label - Work with Template)
LBLFRAME.INI         (Inventory Frame Label)
LBLCL.INI                  (Inventory Contact Lens Label)
LBLBLANK.INI          (Inventory Len Blank Label)
LBLMISC.INI              (Inventory Misc Label)

On the workstation or the remote desktop session profile, navigate to System Properties, Advanced, Environment Variables and add the following variable names with the correct variable value (newly created INI file) to the environment.

Note:  If you are using a remote Desktop session, only edit the USER VARIABLE and not the SYSTEM VARIABLE.

CBSENVADDRESS             Value --> XXX.INI             (Patient Address Label)
CBSENVPATBC                   Value --> XXX.INI             (Patient Barcode Label)
CBSENVPATLABEL            Value --> XXX.INI             (Patient Chart Label - Work with Template)
CBSENVFRAME                  Value --> XXX.INI             (Inventory Frame Label)
CBSENVCL                           Value --> XXX.INI             (Inventory Contact Lens Label)
CBSENVBLANK                   Value --> XXX.INI             (Inventory Len Blank Label)
CBSENVMISC                       Value --> XXX.INI             (Inventory Misc Label)
