Bad IP address in the ADS.INI or the connection path
Problem:
This is a communication error between server and the database engine
Solution:
Check the ADS.ini (located in the product folder) for the correct IP address and the server name.
Compulink's default IP port for ADS.INI is 4000. Make sure under
Configuration Utility tab and Communications tab of the ADS Configuration
Utility, the IP port is set correctly to 4000. If the ADS.INI has no information
about the Server name
